Men’s Health

The Lake Superior Community Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services for men of all ages including:

  • Physicals
  • Routine check-ups
  • Health care when sick or injured
  • Vaccinations
  • Monitoring and treatment of chronic illness (ex: high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma)
  • Mental health needs
  • Preventative care
  • Foot care
  • Access to medications
  • Laboratory services
  • Assisted referrals are provided for services such as specialty care
  • Health education
  • STD testing & treatment / HIV & Hepatitis testing

Minnesota Family Planning Program
Men or women between the ages of 15 – 50 can receive free family planning office visits and education, birth control, sterilizations, and diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases found during a family planning visit.  Click here for eligibility and benefits information.
